“pictures at an exhibition”…

DSCN2669At the weekend, I finally had a chance to wander at leisure ’round our exhibition (The Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour) in the Royal Scottish Academy, without the crowds of the opening night. What a visual treat!

The art critic Duncan MacMillan gives the RSW exhibition an excellent, glowing review including a favourable mention of my piece “Inner Sound: Headland”, as well as a big reproduction over 2 pages in The Scotsman:

The show ends on the 31st – if you’re anywhere near Edinburgh, it’s a welcome injection of warmth and vibrancy to these cold final days of January!

    1. It really is, Val – an amazing space and we’re so incredibly lucky to have it for our national open exhibitions. As you can imagine, the rent is extortionate and we have to raise every penny ourselves!!
